Hosting your wedding at Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa is like stepping back in time. Our property has a rich history dating back to the 19th century. Frank H. Buhl resided in the mansion, and the original character has been preserved. His inspiration for building this incredible property was to gift his wife, Julia, her “castle” for their wedding. So, the property was truly built on love. As the founder of the Sharon Steel Corporation, Mr. Buhl’s home exemplifies what Sharon was like during the Victorian era. Years later, after changing hands many times, the mansion has been restored to its original grandeur for all to enjoy.
Ceremonies and Receptions
Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa offers outdoor options for your big day. Hold your ceremony in our garden, perfect for spring, summer, and fall weddings, and our your reception in our tented courtyard. Say I do as among the fresh blooms and feel like you’re in a storybook. During the colder months, I say I do it in the greenhouse with space to enjoy a more intimate ceremony. This venue is also ideal for a cocktail hour for you and your guests to celebrate!
If you are hosting less than 50 guests, hold your ceremony in our gardens or greenhouse and your reception in the carriage house. Best of all, this option is available year-round.
