Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa: Essential House Policies for a Pleasant Stay in Mercer County
Familiarize yourself with our bed and breakfast’s house policies to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay or visit.
House Policies
- Check-in is between the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. All guests MUST be checked in prior to 9:00 p.m.
- Checkout is at noon.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Adult guests only. Maximum occupancy in each guest room is 2 people.
- 2nd-night discounts are restricted to two consecutive nights in the same room.
- A $150 deposit is billed to your credit card. No reservation will be accepted without a deposit at the time of reservation.
- Refunds will be granted for cancellations if notice is received prior to seven days before arrival date. Deposit is retained if canceled between 7 days and 24 hours prior to arrival date. Full package rate will be charged to the credit card on file in the event of a no-show, cancellation and/or reschedule within 24 hours (3 p.m. EST the day before check-in.)
- Tipping is not necessary for any services at Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa.
- A 15% service charge, 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 5% county bed tax will be added to your final bill.
- Alcoholic beverages, other than those specifically listed, are not included in rates.
- Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa is an entirely non-smoking facility. A penalty of one night’s room rate will be charged for smoking violations. Penalties will be incurred for damages or mistreatment of facility.
- Management reserves the right to remove disruptive guests.
Only registered houseguests may enter the overnight rooms unless permission is granted in advance for visitors. - The first floor of the mansion is accessible for events; however, due to the historic structure of the building, the guestrooms and spa are not wheelchair accessible. Accessible overnight accommodations can be arranged at our sister property.
